The 20th century could well be called the century of Holocaust. I think it had something to do with the powerful assertion of godless self-sufficiency that characterized its most deadly and infamous ideologies. The communists, the fascists, the Nazis all have this in common: that they fancy themselves creators of new worlds of human possibility, willing servants of a fantasy in which the future, wrought by human hands, will advance beyond God's limited vision of human nature to birth before the universe the superman, the everlasting Reich, the workers' paradise, the endlessly perfected revolution of hope, change and unimpeded progress. Obtusely brushing aside the intrinsic contradiction between unlimited being and the objective possibilities of existence, these fantasies of human pridefulness have ended, all of them, in murderous nightmares. They expanded the possibilities of humanity all right, but only to the extent of adding hitherto unimagined horrors.

I absolutely enjoy the Rights argument that Atheism is the cause of all world atrocitys. I mean tell that to the poor souls who perished in Madrid, London and New york, right?Bush was handed intelligence briefings which had Bible quotes on them like Psalm 139:9-10 :

 "If I rise on the wings of the dawn, if I settle on the far side of the sea, even there your hand will guide me, your right hand will hold me fast." 

Hardly sounds like morally bankrupt assholes trying to find tacit approval of their atrocitys in scripture now does it?

I think forwarding this article to your church/pastor is a great idea.

The writer, I believe, makes it plain in one of the earlier articles (Tactics of Women’s Shelters 1???) that one of the reasons he is posting these articles is to notify community groups and churches who support women’s shelters that the shelters are NOT about the protection of women and are NOT doing anything that is consistent with the mission of most community groups/churches.

I think this fourth installment is the weakest of the four installments. If you are going to forward something, be sure you forward the first and third articles, which I think are most powerful and revelatory of information that the general public does not have, but ought to have.

My own church has stopped supporting women’s shelters based on information like this.

Protecting women from violent husbands is not the traditional conservative way so it's best to develop propaganda to fight anything that trys too.

Also, did you know Planned Parenthood practices Eugenics on African Americans? I certainly didn't...

Republican Astroturf "Protest" VS Real Protests

Republicans think they are fighting "the man." Here's how you can tell who is fighting the man and who has the man's testicles in their mouth:

If your protest has an excessive intimidating police presence, you are fighting the man (real protest). If not, you are probably sucking the man's balls (Republican astroturf "protest").

If the corporate media neglects to interview protesters on TV, you are fighting the man (real protest). If they are interviewing protesters on all the cable networks (Faux) rather than just interviewing law enforcement, you are licking the man's scrotum (Republican astroturf "protest").

Conclusion:

Anti-war protesters, anti-globalization protesters, anti-Bush protesters, etc. = Fighting the man.

Republican Teabaggers = Republican Teabaggers.

I quite enjoy picking outragious comments from various right wing sites and laughing at them.

This Blog will do just that.

I have an idea for how to address these ridiculous ideas about not waterboarding terror detainees.

We should have a national waterboarding contest, and aim to clear up many of the falsehoods now being propagated:

1. We should raise $100 K as the winning pot. 2. Contestants would compete for who can last the longest before giving in, the top 3 people will receive cash prizes. 3. The point that should be emphasized throughout the contest is that although waterboarding is not pleasant, it is certainly survivable and absolutely better than getting burned alive in the World Trade Center.

This is quite something, how we have allowed our humanity to be turned into a weapon against us (the whole PC thing).

In the early 1980’s (when I was young and cool..LOL) I had a friend named Ken, who was a treasure to me. Turns out, he was gay. I found this out later. (He said to me “You mean you couldn’t TELL????”) hahaha I smile as I type that. I really was young and innocent, gang!

But when we’d have serious discussions about “things” the one thing he impressed on me was to never allow gays to marry. He said, over and over...”We’re not put together for marriage. When they ask for it someday, it’s because they want you to sprinkle Holy Water and approval on the sh*t I do. Don’t fall for it. We’re different from you. Don’t ever forget it. We want excitment and risk and to push things to the edge. You seek romance and stability and safety.” He was the most honest human being I ever knew.

He didn’t manage to live long enough for the first round of life-sustaining AIDS drugs, like Magic Johnson.
